Presley Gerber had 24/7 sober coach in the months before his death

Presley Gerber reportedly had a 24/7 sober coach who helped care for the model in the months leading up to his tragic death.

The model’s sober coach was “very present” in his life the last few months, TMZ reported. The coach frequently traveled with Gerber and provided continuous support.

It’s unclear whether the coach was present when Gerber died at Resolutions Living’s $7.7 million luxurious rehabilitation home in Santa Monica, California, on Sunday. He was 27.

As Page Six previously reported, Gerber checked into the facility for treatment the same weekend he was pronounced dead.

We confirmed that the runway model was under the influence of a substance when he checked himself into rehab.

TMZ reported that Gerber was reportedly prescribed ketamine by a doctor — despite having a “regular problem” with the drug.

Per 911 audio obtained by Page Six, Gerber went into “cardiac arrest” and was being treated for a suspected “overdose.”

An official cause of death has not yet been revealed.

The only son of Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber had been candid about his substance abuse and mental health struggles before he died.

Last November, Presley said he “had to step back and take care of my own mental health for a bit” while explaining his brief hiatus from social media.

“I’m coming back soon — stronger, clearer, more intentional than ever,” he wrote on Instagram at the time.

Presley added that the “goal” of him launching a “Mental Health Mondays” movement on his social media platform was “to spark real conversations about the stuff most people hide.”

“It’s been incredible seeing how far that message has spread and how many people it’s helped,” he wrote.

“I’m proud that something I created has inspired others and started a bigger movement around openness and healing. And with November being Men’s Mental Health Awareness Month, the timing couldn’t be better to keep the conversation going.”

Crawford, 60, and Rande, 64, also share daughter Kaia Gerbe, 25, who was “insanely close” to her big brother.

“They were way more than brother and sister,” a source told Page Six. “She is heartbroken. They were like best friends.”
