Milania Giudice seen screaming at Teresa, called ‘danger to herself’ in police bodycam footage from airport clash

Police bodycam footage of Milania Giudice’s recent outburst at Tampa International Airport has just been obtained by Page Six — and it shows her screaming at her mother, “Real Housewives of New Jersey” star Teresa Giudice, and older sister Gia Giudice.

In the heartbreaking footage, one of the airport police officers was heard telling his colleague that Milania, 20, “just got out of a Baker Act facility.” (In Florida, an individual can be held in a hospital for up to 72 hours for an emergency mental health evaluation under the Baker Act.)

“They actually hired a counselor,” the officer said. When his colleague asked, “Is she a danger to herself?” the first officer replied, “Yes, that’s why she got Baker Acted. They’re trying to get her back to a rehab facility.”

He also deemed the situation “serious.”

Elsewhere in the footage, Gia, 25, tried to keep Milania calm and assured her the officers were “trying to help” them “take [Milania] to treatment,” but the latter kept “running away” from them.

“This is not good for you,” Gia said, prompting Milania to tell the officers to “get away.”

One of them then told Milania she was “not controlling the situation” and instructed her to sit back down and wait for Teresa.

Gia kept telling her sister she wanted her to “get better,” at which point Milania asked the officers, “Can I vape here?”

After they told her she couldn’t, she began shouting at Teresa, who was walking back toward her, “Hurry up, Mom! Why don’t you run? Why don’t you run? You wanna cause a scene? You wanna cause a scene, Teresa!”

The group then began walking to their gate, accompanied by the officers. As seen in the widely circulated social media video from last Wednesday, Milania whipped out her phone and started filming her mom and sister while yelling, “This is what we do now? This is what we do?”

Once in the elevator, Teresa, 54, told Milania, “After you get help, you never have to speak to me again.” Milania responded by posting the video she had just taken to her Instagram Story.

“Don’t post it,” Teresa urged, as a “numb” Gia interjected, “Mom, who cares?”

Teresa sighed and begrudgingly agreed, saying, “I don’t care anymore. I’m trying to save your life.” She then claimed to the officers that Milania “has fentanyl in her system.” But the University of Tampa student insisted, “‘Cause I was laced.”

Teresa spent the remainder of the elevator ride repeating, “I wanna save you,” as Gia called her sister “reckless.” Milania replied by pointing out that she’s in college.

As the elevator doors opened, Milania asked her mom and sister, “Do you wanna put me back in the psych ward?”

She was later seen skipping to the bathroom while the officers waited for her outside. One of the officers said to his colleague that Milania “keeps getting loud with her mom” and was “yelling at her on the train.”

Once at the gate, one officer suggested keeping Milania apart from her family because “forcing them to be together is just fanning the flames.”

The police report from the incident stated that Milania was experiencing a “mental breakdown” and “suicidal thoughts.”

Reps for the Giudice family did not immediately respond to Page Six’s requests for comment on the bodycam footage.

However, Teresa quickly took to her Instagram Story to upload a lengthy statement that read in part, “The past few months have been incredibly difficult for our family, and I feel it is important to say something while also protecting my daughter during an extremely vulnerable time in her life.

“Milania has experienced tremendous heartbreak and significant psychological trauma after losing two of her best friends. Grief affects everyone differently, and watching your child try to process that kind of loss is something no parent can ever truly prepare for.” (Milania’s friend Victoria Zardoya died in late July, and her great-grandmother died earlier this month.)

The Bravolebrity added that her “only focus” right now is making sure her third daughter “is surrounded by love, family, support and the care she needs.”

Last week, after the airport clash first made headlines, Milania’s manager told us that her client is navigating “an incredibly difficult time in her life, particularly following the devastating loss of her best friend, Victoria.”

Milania is “under the care of professionals who are working with her and her family” as she focuses on her “health, healing and well-being,” per her manager.

Gia, meanwhile, agreed with a TikTok commenter who argued that she was “trying to be the calm peacemaker” during the altercation.

“Job of being the oldest,” the “Next Gen NYC” star lamented in response.

Teresa shares Gia, Milania, Gabriella Giudice, 21, and Audriana Giudice, 17, with her first husband, Joe Giudice, whom she divorced after their respective prison stints for federal fraud.

Joe, 56, previously told Page Six he “will always stand beside” Milania while acknowledging that she’s “trying to process” the death of her close pal and “dealing with the pressures that come with growing up in the public eye.”

Milania was arrested for simple assault in May after she allegedly “did knowingly cause bodily injury to another, specifically by striking the victim, LR, in the head with her fist, causing redness to the middle of the victim’s forehead, during a domestic dispute” at Teresa and her husband Luis “Louie” Ruelas’ New Jersey home.

Milania pleaded not guilty but vowed to complete an anger management course. She is due back in Montville Township Municipal Court for a virtual hearing on Tuesday.
