Ana de Armas ignores Tom Cruise dating rumors during ‘Jimmy Fallon’ appearance

Ana de Armas made no mention of the swirling rumors that she is dating Tom Cruise during her Wednesday night appearance on “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.”

The “Knives Out” actress discussed her movie “Ballerina,” reflected on her “extensive” training for the fight scenes with Keanu Reeves and even played a few rounds of the Whisper Challenge with Fallon.

Viewers may have been disappointed to find, however, that de Armas didn’t address the whispers surrounding her love life.

Dating speculation for de Armas, 37, and the “Top Gun: Maverick” star, 62, began in February when they were spotted enjoying what looked like a romantic date night in London.

They have since been seen on several public outings and even appeared to attend David Beckham’s 50th birthday together earlier this month.

A Page Six source confirmed that the duo “had a blast” at the star-studded soirée but couldn’t confirm their relationship status.

Earlier this month, reports surfaced that Cruise has been “courting” de Armas but that she is taking it slow.

“They’ve gone out on some dates, and it’s very low-key. It’s in the early stages, and he’s been courting her,” a source told Us Weekly, adding that Cruise is “super smitten.”

The insider noted that de Armas, who reportedly met Cruise while connecting on work matters in February, is proceeding with caution.

“She isn’t looking for anything to move too fast; she’s taking it really slow,” the source said, adding that “they are protecting themselves from the intense media scrutiny.”

While neither Hollywood star has directly addressed relationship rumors, Cruise gushed over de Armas’ spinoff film from the world of John Wick.

“I saw the movie. It just kicks ass,” Cruise told reporters of the action thriller while promoting his own movie, “Mission Impossible: The Final Reckoning.” “Oh, man, it’s right in that tone. It’s right in that big world. You’re going to love it.”

De Armas, for her part, shared that she and Cruise are having “so much fun” working on a few projects together.

“We’re definitely working on a lot of things. Not just one, but a few projects with Doug Liman and Christopher McQuarrie and, of course, Tom. And I’m so excited,” she shared on “GMA” last week.
