Brad Pitt all smiles on date night with Ine de Ramon after being snubbed by son Maddox
Once Upon a Time… in Hollywood, Brad Pitt and Ine de Ramon had a date night.
The couple stepped out with bright smiles on Friday night, just a day after the actor’s son Maddox — whom he shares with ex-wife Angelina Jolie — filed to legally drop his dad’s last name.
Pitt sported a bright blue button-down shirt with purple slacks, matching blue socks, purple shoes and sunglasses.
de Ramon opted for brown pants and a white, low-cut, long-sleeve shirt. The jewelry designer accessorized with tan shoes and a matching bag.
One shot showed the pair holding hands as they walked down the street, while a second image captured Pitt, 62, and de Ramon, 33, enjoying the Red Hot Chili Peppers concert in Paris.
On Thursday, Maddox, 24, made the request to remove “Pitt” from his last name, listing his reasoning as “personal,” in court documents obtained by Page Six.
If the change is accepted, his name will no longer be Maddox Chivan Jolie-Pitt.
He would go by Maddox Chivan Jolie.
Daily Mail was the first to report the news.
Maddox informally went by Maddox Jolie while working as an assistant director on his mom’s movie “Couture” in February.
Two years prior, he was credited as Maddox Jolie-Pitt for while working as executive producer on “Maria.”
However, Maddox isn’t the first of Pitt and Jolie’s children to ditch their dad’s surname.
After turning 18 in 2024, Shiloh, now 20, filed to drop Pitt, with the request being granted just three months later.
At the time, a source told Us Weekly that the switch left Pitt “devastated.”
“It was a symbol of a deeper estrangement that has been brewing for years,” they claimed.
Another insider alleged that Pitt was “finding it extremely difficult to come to terms with” the name change.
However, the source shared that the “Bullet Train” star was “not ready to give up” on his children, including Pax, 22, Zahara, 21, and twins Knox and Vivienne, 17.
In 2025, another insider told the outlet that Pitt “periodically” sees his youngest kids but has “strained” relationships with the rest of his offspring.
Pitt and Jolie first got together in 2005 before tying the knot in 2014. By 2016, they had called it quits, with the duo being officially single by 2019.
Their volatile divorce proceedings were settled in December 2024.
At the time Pitt clarified to GQ that it wasn’t “that major of a thing” but “just something coming to fruition.”
In 2022, the “Mr. & Mrs. Smith” star stepped out with de Ramon, with sources telling Page Six that their relationship was super “serious.”
The insider added that while Pitt “said he won’t marry again … never say never, although I would be surprised if they wed.”
