Joshua Jackson, model Olivia Burgess spark dating rumors with NYC outing

Joshua Jackson appears to have a new leading lady in his life.

The “Dawson’s Creek” alum sparked dating rumors with model Olivia Burgess during an outing in New York City on Sunday.

In photos obtained by Page Six, the pair held hands and had big smiles on their faces as they strolled through the Big Apple.

Jackson, 48, wore a white linen button-up shirt and matching pants with black sneakers, while Burgess rocked a black tank top, grey Bermuda shorts and black shoes.

Page Six has reached out to Jackson’s rep for comment.

Burgess is a French-American model and dancer who has appeared in runway shows for major brands like Jean Paul Gaultier, Chromat and Agent Provocateur. She’s also modeled for campaigns for Gap, Bloomingdale’s, Nike and more.

At the 2011 MTV Video Music Awards, Burgess was a background dancer for Beyonce’s iconic “Love on Top” performance, where the superstar famously revealed her pregnancy with daughter Blue Ivy.

“It wasn’t until the first rehearsal that I found out that I would be performing alongside Beyoncé at the VMAs,” Burgess said in a 2017 interview. “My mind was totally blown.

Jackson stepped out with Burgess after attending the Tribeca Film Festival for the premiere of his premiere of his and Katie Holmes’ new movie, “Happy Hours.”

During a red carpet interview, Jackson held Holmes’ hand and gushed that they’ve had a “precious” relationship since working together on “Dawson’s Creek” over 20 years ago.

“And [it] is like one of the core personal and professional relationships in my life,” he said about Holmes, 47.

Jackson’s last public relationship was with Lupita Nyong’o, whom he dated for around a year until their October 2024 split.

During their relationship, the actors went to a Janelle Monáe concert together and took a trip to Mexico to celebrate Nyong’o’s 41st birthday.

Before that, Jackson was married to Jodie Turner-Smith for four years before she filed for divorce in October 2023.

The exes are still working out custody issues related to their daughter Juno, born in April 2020.

At the time of their split, a source told Us Weekly Jackson was “caught off guard” by Turner-Smith’s divorce filing.

Another source said to People that the pair were in a very “unhealthy” marriage.

During an appearance on Jesse Tyler Ferguson’s “Dinner’s on Me” podcast in April 2025, Jackson compared his experience as a father to “self-healing.”

“It’s my job, shared with my ex-wife, to do everything we can to nurture you, cultivate you and give you all the tools you need in life,” he said.
