KJ Biermann’s alleged victim ‘living in fear’ over threats he’d come after her if released

Kroy “KJ” Biermann Jr.’s alleged sexual assault victim is “living in fear” as a judge decides whether or not to let the teen out of jail on bond.

The 15-year-old — who is the son of “Real Housewives of Atlanta” alum Kim Zolciak and former NFL star Kroy Biermann — appeared in Georgia’s Fulton County Superior Court Friday for a bond hearing, during which the victim’s statement was read aloud by Deputy District Attorney Caitlin McGillicuddy.

In it, the female classmate — who described herself as KJ’s girlfriend’s “best friend” — begged for the judge to “consider [her] safety” before deciding whether to release KJ on bond.

The alleged victim said she has been “living in fear,” claiming she received threats that KJ would come after her if he were to be released.

“No matter who these threats came from directly, I cannot just ignore them or assume that nothing will happen,” she wrote.

“I am not only scared for myself anymore; I am scared for my family, too. Members of my family have received emails and phone calls because of this situation.”

She added, “The thought of him being released scares me more than I can put into words.”

The judge said that she will decide by Monday whether KJ will be released on bond.

During Friday’s hearing, KJ was supported by his mom, who looked “stone-faced,” along with his eldest sister, Brielle, and “stressed” dad, Kroy.

As Page Six previously reported, KJ was arrested on Aug. 17 and taken into custody for aggravated sodomy (a forceful sex act involving the mouth or anus) and aggravated sexual battery.

In court docs obtained by Page Six, his female classmate accused KJ of assaulting her in the Life Time Fitness center in Alpharetta, Georgia, on April 23.

The girl claimed to officials that KJ, while in a co-ed sauna, forced himself on her despite her saying no and attempted “multiple times to have sexual intercourse with her by trying to pull down her pants,” per the court docs.

Additionally, she accused KJ of forcing oral sex and digitally penetrating her vagina.

The girl claimed she did not tell anyone about the alleged assault before going to school the next day, where she “ran into KJ’s girlfriend,” resulting in a panic attack.

She was ultimately examined at the North Fulton hospital in Georgia. The April 24 examination, per the police report, showed no evidence of male DNA in her mouth or vagina.

Following KJ’s arrest, his lawyer, Jason Sheffield, told Page Six that his client is “100% innocent.”

Zolciak also slammed the “reckless” and “deeply troubling” allegations against her son in an exclusive statement to Page Six on Aug. 21.

KJ was officially indicted on a total of seven charges on Sept. 3.

Last week, KJ’s attorney filed documents in the Superior Court of Fulton County requesting a bond hearing for his client, citing good character, strong academics, football achievements and scholarship offers.

“The accused turned 15 years old in May. He is a high school student in good standing who has demonstrated strong academic achievement and regularly participates in extracurricular and community-based activities,” Sheffield argued in the filing obtained by Page Six.

However, during Friday’s bond hearing, it was revealed that investigators previously found videos on KJ’s cellphone allegedly depicting penetrative sex with a family member under the age of 12.

McGillicuddy claimed there were “multiple encounters” on video discovered on the device and that they allegedly showed KJ using “predatory, derogatory” language toward the victim.

The prosecutor argued that because of this revelation, KJ’s alleged assault against his classmate “would now mark the second time he has been charged with an offense of a sexual nature of a very serious kind which involves female victims.” 

KJ’s defense attorney declined to comment on the new allegation.

Until a decision is made, KJ remains at Atlanta’s Metro Regional Youth Detention Center, where he has been locked up since his August arrest.
