Kristin Cavallari proudly wears plunging black dress after redoing her breast implants

Kristin Cavallari flaunted her assets in a tight black dress after revealing she had to redo her breast implants when one ruptured.

The “Laguna Beach” alum took to Instagram on Wednesday to share a stunning photo of herself donning the plunging halter-style midi.

She paired her look with black strappy heels, accessorizing with a gold watch and earrings.

Cavallari, 38, styled her blond locks back in a low ponytail.

“New York to kick this thing off,” she captioned the post, referring to her new docuseries, “Honestly Cavallari: The Headline Tour.”

The reality series premieres Wednesday at 10 p.m. ET on E! and Bravo.

Cavallari chose to wear the head-turning outfit after admitting she had to undergo another breast augmentation when she learned that one ruptured.

“Something in me was telling me to redo my boobs,” she explained on her “Let’s Be Honest” podcast last week.

“My intuition was saying, ‘Redo your boobs. Go get your boobs checked out. At least get a consultation. At least go down this road.’ And I can’t tell you why, but something in me was telling me to do it.”

The reality star recalled making an appointment with a doctor in Nashville, Tenn., where she resides.

“When he saw my boobs, he definitely seemed a little concerned, particularly about my right one,” she said.

“And he asked me if I’ve had any issues with it, if it’s changed over the years.”

Cavallari admitted that she couldn’t say “when it changed,” but she knew it wasn’t sitting how she wanted it to, though she “thought that maybe gravity over time had taken hold.”

She explained that the surgeon discovered the ruptured implant and that a “huge piece of scar tissue” had formed around it.

Despite the health scare, the TV personality decided she was not ready to go implant-free, saying, “I’m single right now. Right now in my life is when I need the best boobs imaginable.”

Cavallari previously confirmed that she went under the knife in June 2024 after breastfeeding her and ex-husband Jay Cutler’s three kids: Camden, 12, Jaxon, 11, and Saylor, 9.
