One Traitors Contestant Takes a ‘Huge Risk’ with Shocking Roundtable Vote: ‘I Don’t Trust You Right Now’

Rob Rausch took a big swing on the latest episode of The Traitors.

During the Thursday, Jan. 22, episode of the Peacock reality-competition series, the Love Island alum, 27, shocked audiences when he voted for his fellow Traitor Lisa Rinna for banishment at the roundtable, instead of Faithfuls Colton Underwood and Ron Funches.

“I trust you Colton, and I wavered with you Ron, but I’ve looked you in the eye and asked you questions and believe you’re telling me the truth. As a Faithful, it is my job to get Traitors out of the game,” Rob R. said as he revealed Lisa’s name on his chalkboard.

Ultimately, Ron, 42, was banished during the roundtable, leaving Rob R. to face Lisa, 62, and their fellow Traitor Candiace Dillard Bassett’s wrath over his betrayal.

“I’m hoping Rob has a logical explanation, but even if he does, that was a huge risk,” Candiace said in a confessional. “One vote! Watching him stab Lisa in the front like he did — I don’t trust him.”

For his part, Rob R. said he doesn’t “regret anything” about what he did, but “I’m not ready to see Lisa’s face.”

“I think part of me really just wants to be a Faithful, to be honest, because I like Ron and I like Colton and I didn’t want to vote them out,” he said. “But this is about to be bad for Robby Bobby.”

When the Traitors regrouped in the kitchen, Lisa told Rob R., “I don’t trust you right now.”

“I’m really, really f—ing sorry, but everyone knows that I really trust Colton, and I really trust Ron,” he told her. “It would’ve looked bad…if I’d turned on two people I publicly said I trusted, it would’ve been suspicious.”

Candiace, 39, told Rob R.: “You were one vote off from putting our s— on blast.”

In the next episode, the Traitors will have to pull off a murder in plain sight at host Alan Cumming’s banquet. The first Faithful to touch Lisa’s brooch on her outfit will be murdered.

“We’re fighting. we’re stabbing each other in the backs, everybody is on edge,” Candiace said in a confessional. “I don’t even know if it works anymore to take Colton out. Colton will probably stay as far from Lisa as he can get. Do we need to find another target? How in the hell do we pull this off?”
