Patrick Dempsey shares rare picture of twin sons in honor of their high school graduation

Patrick Dempsey gave a rare glimpse of his twins, Sullivan and Darby Dempsey, in honor of their high school graduation.

The “Grey’s Anatomy” alum took to Instagram Saturday to celebrate the 18-year-olds’ milestone with a sweet photo of them dressed up in blue graduation gowns.

He and his wife, Jillian Fink, posed alongside the duo, coordinating their looks with matching tan suits and sunglasses.

“Graduation!!” Patrick, 59, captioned the snap.

“So proud of you boys and cannot wait to see where the next chapter of your lives will take you!”

Fink, 59, also shared a photo of Sullivan and Darby with their arms around each other and backs facing the camera.

“C O N G R A T U L A T I O N S CLASS OF 2025!” she captioned the picture. “I am such a proud momma. Life’s next chapter is upon us- go get it my sweet boys! 👊. Love you both to the moon and back.”

The couple also shares a 23-year-old daughter, Talula Fyfe.

Fink and Patrick tied the knot in 1999 and briefly split in 2015.

In January of that year, the makeup artist filed for divorce from the “Can’t Buy Me Love” star, and the two issued a joint statement to Page Six, stating that they had made the decision after “careful consideration.”

“Our primary concern remains the wellbeing of our children, and we ask with profound gratitude that you respect our family’s privacy at this very sensitive time,” the statement read.

The duo, however, reconciled the following year after privately working on their relationship.

“They seem very happy and are spending a lot of time together. They go on dates and are also involved with the kids together,” an insider told People at the time.

“The divorce made Patrick miserable. It was definitely a wake-up call.”

While talking to the outlet in September 2016, Patrick candidly admitted that “lots of sex” saved their marriage.

The “Enchanted” star proved he and Fink were still going strong with a sweet tribute for their 24th wedding anniversary in August 2023.

They also put on a united front with their three kids at the premiere of “Ferrari” in Los Angeles that December.

Patrick and his children matched in all-black attire, and Fink turned heads in a gold sequinned gown.
