Sami Sheen Shares Update After Kidney Infection Led to Hospitalization

Sami Sheen is giving fans an update on her health after she suffered a kidney infection and brief hospitalization.

“Here’s the update no one asked for: I did not sleep at the hospital,” Sheen, 22, said in a video shared via TikTok on Saturday, June 27. “I left and went to a nice Italian dinner and then I spent all night feeling like I was going to throw up. And I had to get a CT scan and they injected that contrast s*** into my veins and my whole body is achy to the touch. I feel disgusting.”

She continued, “And they prescribed me new antibiotics and it’s called Bactrim and I’ve only heard awful things about this antibiotic, so I haven’t started taking any. I was supposed to start this morning and it’s almost 2 pm.”

The OnlyFans star captioned the post, “I am tired of feeling like poo.”

Earlier, Sheen — the daughter of Charlie Sheen and Denise Richards – revealed she was in the hospital after failing to take a UTI “seriously.”

“This is the result of not taking a UTI seriously,” she said in another TikTok video shared at the time, showing the reality TV star in a hospital gown and bed munching on crackers. “So, if you guys have a UTI take your antibiotics and take them as the doctor says because guess who didn’t do that? Me. And guess who is in the hospital now? Me.”

She continued, “Fingers f***ing crossed I don’t have to sleep here.”

A UTI, or urinary tract infection, occurs when there is a bacterial infection in the urinary system, according to the Mayo Clinic. If ignored or not properly treated, the infection can travel to one or both kidneys, which can cause serious damage to the organ or result in a possibly life-threatening blood infection.

After revealing her diagnosis, Sheen then showed off her hospital diet, consisting of graham crackers, saltine crackers, pudding, jello and, of course, ice water.

In her Saturday update, Sheen also hinted at a “mystery man” doubling as her nurse.

“I’ve had a lovely nurse taking care of me,” she said, before a man’s voice could be heard off-camera. “A mystery nurse.” (Sheen was romantically linked to Aiden David before she confirmed their split in October 2024. Earlier this year, she famously accused her sister, Lola Sheen, of dating a mystery ex-boyfriend behind her back. Her sister denied the allegation.)

The mystery male nurse taking care of Sheen as she continues to recover is never featured in the update video.

“But yeah people keep commenting and asking if I’m ever ok,” she concluded, “and the answer is is no.”
