Tyla Dazzles in Over 100 Diamonds and a Designer Dress Half Her Age at the 2026 Grammys

Tyla and her 2026 Grammys look were a match made in heaven.

On Sunday, Feb. 1, the South African singer returned to the star-studded awards show and didn’t disappoint with her effortlessly cool fashion.

Styled by Ronnie Hart, the 24-year-old nominee wore a Dsquared2 dress designed with a feather skirt that led into a dramatic train and a low-dipping neckline adorned with gold embellishments. And with the dress being sourced from Dsquared2’s 2013 Fall/Winter collection, that makes the look over half her age.

E! correspondent Zanna Roberts Rassi got the scoop on Tyla’s look from Hart, who revealed that the dress was a “happy accident” and was actually meant to be worn for another event.

Courtesy of Pandora, whom she became an ambassador in 2025, Tyla wore over 100 lab-grown diamonds from the global jeweler. On top, the “Truth or Dare” artist wore The Together Collier made custom with 14K white gold and 116 diamonds coming at 11.6 carats. Underneath, she also wore two tennis bracelets as chokers, creating a statement neckpiece.

The rest of Tyla’s jewelry included a layout of lab-grown diamond rings, Pandora’s Era Lab-Grown Diamond Bracelet, and the Ezra Bezel Dangle Paperclip Chain Bracelet on her ankle.

Tyla won her first Grammy in 2024 for Best African Music Performance (“Water”) — earning the title as the youngest-ever African artist to do so — and was in the running for the same category for her hit, “Push 2 Start.” She won the Grammy again on Sunday.

Speaking with PEOPLE about her win in 2024, Tyla said the moment felt “surreal.”

“Hearing my name, being able to get on that stage and say a whole speech was crazy, especially considering my age and how early I am in my career. I didn’t expect that honestly, but I’m just so grateful that it happened. It’s history. It’s such a big moment for home. I couldn’t be happier, really.”

In the days leading up to Sunday’s awards show, Tyla doubled down on the glamour.

On Saturday, Jan. 31, she attended Clive Davis’s annual Pre-Grammy Gala in a skin-baring dress that put her hourglass figure on display. The night before, Epic Records x Hennessy threw its Grammy kick-off party, which also coincided her her 24th birthday. So her look — a strapless white minidress paired with neon makeup — took center stage when she was serenaded by the stars in attendance, per Billboard.
