Astronomer CEO Andy Byron and HR chief Kristin Cabot delete LinkedIns after being caught on Coldplay kiss cam
Astronomer CEO Andy Byron and HR chief Kristin Cabot have officially logged off of LinkedIn.
The two tech heads deleted their profiles on the professional social media site after they were caught allegedly cheating at Coldplay’s concert in Boston Wednesday, Page Six can confirm.
Byron and Cabot broke the internet on Thursday morning when a video of their horrified reactions to being seen on the concert’s “kiss cam” went viral.
Per the clip, the band’s frontman, Chris Martin, told concertgoers to “look at these two” as he showed Byron with his hands tightly wrapped around Cabot.
However, upon being noticed, they quickly ducked out of the camera’s view.
At the time, Byron appeared to say, “F–king hell, it’s me,” while Cabot seemingly called the moment “awkward.”
“Either they’re having an affair or they’re just very shy,” the singer, 48, joked, eliciting laughs and shocked gasps from concertgoers who watched the scene unfold.
Martin then told the crowd, “I hope we didn’t do something bad,” before jumping back to the concert.
It wasn’t long before the couple was identified as the tech company CEO and its director of people.
The woman who shared the video later told the Sun on Thursday that she “decided to post” the footage of the horrified duo because it was “an interesting reaction.”
She noted, “I had no idea who the couple was.”
Springer added that she hopes “their partners can heal from this and get a second chance at the happiness they deserve with their future still in front of them.”
It’s worth noting that Cabot, whom Byron raved about when she was hired in November 2024, is divorced.
Byron is currently married to wife Megan Kerrigan Byron. However, the status of their marriage is unclear after Megan deleted her surname from her social media accounts before shutting her pages down altogether.
Byron has yet to address the scandal, but two fake statements have circulated online.
