Shannen Doherty’s Malibu home has been listed at $9.45 million, more than one year after she died from cancer.

The “Beverly Hills, 90210” alum purchased the 5,400-square-foot house for $2.65 million in 2004.

The property and the guest house sit on an acre of land and feature five bedrooms, per the Wall Street Journal.

The primary bedroom has a sliding glass door that opens out to the pool.

Listing agent Chris Cortazzo, the executor of Doherty’s estate, told the outlet that the sprawling estate also has a lap pool and ocean views, as well as wide-plank oak floors, vintage fixtures, beamed ceilings and antique doors.

Cortazzo, who was a close friend of the late actress, said Doherty fell in love with the privacy of the home.

“When you’re a notable figure, your home becomes your sanctuary,” he said.

Doherty’s kitchen features a massive island with stone countertops, custom wood cabinetry and pendant lighting.

Sliding barn doors connect the dining area to a small den.

Since Doherty had no children, Cortazzo said the proceeds of the home will go to her mother, Rosa.

The “Charmed” actress died in her Malibu home in July 2024 after a nine-year battle with breast cancer that eventually spread to her brain and bones. She was 53.

“It is with a heavy heart that I confirm the passing of actress Shannen Doherty. On Saturday, July 13, she lost her battle with cancer after many years of fighting the disease,” her longtime publicist, Leslie Sloane, said statement at the time.

“The devoted daughter, sister, aunt and friend was surrounded by her loved ones as well as her dog, Bowie. The family asks for their privacy at this time so they can grieve in peace,” Sloane continued.

Only a small group of loved ones knew Doherty’s health had declined before her passing.

Sources told Page Six that Hollywood attorney Laura Wasser worked tirelessly in the week before the actress’s death to ensure her divorce from Kurt Iswarienko would be filed and finalized.

Doherty and the photographer, 51, signed off on their divorce hours before she died.
