Yolanda Hadid engaged one year after split from longtime partner: report

Yolanda Hadid and real estate developer Randy Kendrick are reportedly engaged.

Sources close to the couple told TMZ Tuesday that Kendrick popped the question earlier this week.

It’s unclear how long the couple have been in a relationship.

Kendrick is the founder and CEO of Xebec, a national industrial logistics real estate platform. He’s known for redeveloping large industrial properties into advanced manufacturing campuses, per his website.

A rep for Hadid was not immediately available to Page Six for comment.

The news comes about a year after the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” alum quietly ended her engagement to construction CEO Joseph “Joey” Jingoli.

“They remain friends and have nothing but fond memories of their time together,” a source told People in June 2025, noting they’d split that January.

The exes met in 2017 when the former Bravo star moved to Pennsylvania and purchased her own farm.

News emerged in August 2024 that the couple had gotten engaged two years earlier.

Hadid later told People Jingoli got down on one knee in a secret proposal while they were visiting Holland in her home country of the Netherlands.

Earlier in their relationship, Hadid shared that she wanted to take time to “heal” following her divorce from David Foster, and met Jingoli when she least expected it.

“And so I really took that time, I didn’t want to date, I didn’t want to meet anybody,” she told People in January 2018, adding that she wanted to be an “independent woman.”

However, Hadid began “focusing” and somehow manifested a romance with Jingoli.

“I made a love spiral and wrote down exactly everything that was important to me in a man and he magically just rang the doorbell at the farm,” she recalled.

She added: “When you meet somebody that thought he was going to die, like I felt I was gonna die, you have a whole new appreciation for life and you kind of share that, so that’s really already a common bond that we have.”

Although she largely kept their relationship out of the spotlight, the former model took to Instagram to gush over Jingoli in an anniversary tribute in 2021.

“All my life I prayed for someone like you!!” she wrote alongside a collection of affectionate photos.

“Thank you for being such a bright light in my life, the calm in my storm and for being the most honorable man that I know,” she continued. “Happy 2 year anniversary Joey Jingoli, I love and appreciate you.”

Prior to her relationship with Jingoli, Yolanda was married to Mohamed Hadid from 1994 to 2000 and Foster from 2011 to 2017.

She and Mohamed share supermodel daughters Gigi and Bella, as well as son Anwar.
