“90 Day Fiancé” star Patrick Mendes has filed for divorce from his wife, Thais Ramone, after four years of marriage.

The reality star filed the documents earlier this week, telling the courts that they’re “incompatible,” reports TMZ.

Mendes is also seeking sole legal and physical custody of their 3-year-old daughter, Aleesi, who he claims has been living with him since May 6, at a different address than the estranged couple’s shared home.

While he’s not requesting child or spousal support — Mendes claims in the documents that he makes $10,000 a month while Ramone brings in $5,000 per month — he is asking for their Honda Ridgeline, the $8,000 Fidelity 401K and their Tempur-Pedic mattress in the split.

Reps for Mendes and Ramone did not immediately respond to Page Six’s requests for comment.

“Out of respect for everyone involved, we believe it’s important not to jump to conclusions or contribute to speculation before all facts are properly clarified. Domestic matters can be deeply emotional and complex, and we encourage compassion, privacy, and due process for all parties involved,” the pair said in a statement to TMZ.

The statement closed: “Our focus right now is simply ensuring that everyone is safe and supported. We appreciate the public’s understanding and ask for respect regarding their family and personal privacy during this time.”

Mendes and Ramone both appeared on “90 Day Fiancé” and “90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After.”

More recently, they were set to star in the upcoming season of “90 Day Fiancé: The Last Resort,” which will follow their journey in couple’s therapy.

“The past few years have been difficult for Patrick and Thais, marked by the birth of their daughter, a move to Las Vegas, a failed business, family tragedy, and health issues. As Patrick works to recover financially and emotionally, tensions rise over spending, support, and communication,” reads the synopsis of the exes’ problems.

“A growing lack of intimacy and Thais’s desire to travel to Brazil more frequently, sometimes without Patrick, has further strained their relationship. With trust and respect issues escalating, the couple is struggling to stay connected.”

“90 Day: The Last Resort” premieres on Monday, June 1 at 8 p.m. on TLC.
