Hayden Panettiere’s parents fighting over jewelry actress was wearing when she died

Hayden Panettiere’s parents, Lesley Vogel and Skip Panettiere, are fighting over the late actress’ jewelry she was wearing when she died.

According to Greenville County coroner’s report obtained by Page Six, the “Bring It On: All or Nothing” star was wearing “stud type earrings” when she passed away and they were removed from her body during her autopsy exam.

“This Senior Deputy contacted [redacted] and [redacted] to inform them that the autopsy has been completed and results are pending at this time,” the report stated.

“Both parties were informed of personal property that was removed from the decedent during autopsy, which was logged into the property and evidence section of this report,” it added.

“The property was placed in the Senior Deputy’s locker for safe keeping on this same date.”

One parent wanted the earrings mailed to them in North Carolina, while the other wanted them sent to their address in California.

“Both parties were informed that until they could reach an agreement regarding the decedent’s personal effects that they would not be released,” the coroner’s report stated.

The document also stated that Hayden’s parents were “informed” that her body was ready to be released to a mortuary or funeral home of their choice.

On Aug. 16, Panettiere died after she was found unresponsive by her boyfriend Brian Hickerson’s brother, Zach Hickerson, in a Greenville, South Carolina, Airbnb. She was 36.

Per the corner’s report we obtained, the “Heroes” actress died as a result of the toxic effects of fentanyl, 4-ANPP, alprazolam, methocarbamol and quetiapine.

Her death was ruled accidental.

This past weekend, Hayden’s loved ones gathered in Malibu, California, to celebrate her life at a moving memorial.

The service was attended by Hayden’s “Nashville” co-star Connie Britton, Evan Ross, Paris Hilton, Ruby Rose and many more.

Hayden’s on-again, off-again boyfriend, Brian, was not invited to the gathering due to his tumultuous relationship with the actress.
