Hailey Bieber sends shady message to Justin on his first Father’s Day
Is it too late now to say sorry?
Hailey Bieber shaded her husband, Justin Bieber, on his first Father’s Day in an Instagram comment hearkening back to his viral Mother’s Day jab.
The model, notably, did not post a social media tribute to her husband on Sunday.
Instead, she reacted to the singer’s black-and-white upload, in which Justin, 31, referred to himself as “a dad that’s not to be f–ked with.”
Hailey, 28, commented, “Father’s Day sucks ass.”
The clapback came one month after her Grammy-winning partner said the same about Mother’s Day in an Instagram Note.
At the time, Justin also quipped, “Good luck today for anyone navigating Mother’s Day.”
The songwriter and Hailey became parents in August 2024, welcoming a now-9-month-old son named Jack Blues.
Justin eventually posted for his wife during the May holiday, calling her the “best mommy day gurlie” before sharing photos of the mariachi band he surprised her with.
It was his upload the following week, however, that made major headlines.
Justin was attempting to celebrate Hailey’s first Vogue cover — but stole the show when he admitted to once bitterly telling her she would never land the cover of the iconic fashion magazine.
“Yikes i know so mean,” he wrote. “So baby u already know but forgive me for saying u wouldn’t get a vogue cover cuz clearly i was sadly mistaken.”
Justin later amended his caption to be a string of emojis, including a shrug.
Although Hailey has yet to comment on the admission, the Rhode creator insisted in the Vogue interview that she and Justin are going strong despite speculation about the state of their marriage.
“You would think after having a child, people would maybe move on, chill out a little bit, but no,” she said.
The couple wed in 2018 and renewed their vows in Hawaii last year while Hailey was pregnant with their baby boy.
Since the little one’s arrival, Justin has made repeated headlines over concern for his wellbeing, ranging from alleged drug use to financial woes.
He acknowledged being “broken” and having “anger issues” on his Instagram Story Sunday.
The American Music Award winner also slammed a friend who asked whether he’s “OK” or “how [he’s] doing” over text.
“Your concern doesn’t come off as care,” he wrote. “It’s just oppressive.”
The rant came days after he got into a screaming match with a Los Angeles paparazzo and demanded the individual “get out of [his] f–king face” and “stop asking [him] how it’s going.”
