See supermodel Janice Dickinson before she underwent several cosmetic facial procedures
Janice Dickinson has undergone another facelift, leaving fans stunned at her new look and remembering her features before her history of multiple plastic surgery procedures.
The supermodel, 71, recently underwent “major facial rejuvenation” with Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Dr. Harrison Lee. Dr. Lee showed the before and after pics on Instagram three months after Dickinson went under the knife.
“She underwent an Endoscopic Brow and Midface Lift, Deep Plane Face Lift, Dual Plane Neck Lift, Subnasal Lip Lift, Extensive Fat Transfer, and Full Face CO2 Laser Resurfacing!” Dr. Lee revealed. “She is beyond ecstatic with the results!”
He added, “The post-op photos show her without makeup and then transitioning to full glam.
Absolutely no Filters or Photo editing were used.”
Dickson gave her stamp of approval on the post, writing, “I f-cking love it.”
Her latest facelift had fans remembering her past modeling days, before she had multiple plastic surgery procedures.
The reactions to the post were largely positive, with one comment reading, “Janice looks better than ever 👍 This is incredible work, dr.”
Another fan gushed, “@janicedickinson looks 40 years younger and exactly like she did in her late 30’s. Wow! Hello@Janice! Nice to see you. 🥰.”
Dickinson hasn’t been shy about talking about her past plastic surgery. She first went under the knife when she was 32 years and was dating Sylvester Stallone at the time, she revealed during her June 2024 appearance on Kaitlyn Bristowe’s “Off the Vine” podcast.
The supermodel said she got a “mini facelift” because she noticed she “started getting jowls.”
She also shared on the podcast she didn’t regret any of her past cosmetic work, which included facelifts, a tummy tuck, collagen implants and Botox.
Back in 2014, she appeared on E!’s “Botched,” when she got her 30-year-old breast implants replaced.
The former “America’s Next Top Model” judge’s new facelift comes after she suffered major facial injuries in 2022 while filming “I’m a Celebrity … Get Me Out of Here!” in the middle of the South African jungle.
She later filed a lawsuit in the United Kingdom against ITV Studios in September 2025, claiming she suffered permanent facial deformities and nerve damage that affected her speech, eating and drinking.
Dickinson allegedly suffered “permanent traumatic scarring across multiple areas of her face, including the lips and mouth area, both cheeks, the chin and lower face,” per the lawsuit.
She is suing the British broadcaster for allegedly failing in its duty of care and is seeking £700,000 (a little less than a million US dollars) in compensation.
